Baadheer is a fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has been in the global sector in Mauritius since 2013. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA). 

He has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operations, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities. He has also been involved in implementing processes and internal control and has been exposed to the main functions of the industry including legal, tax, accounting, administration and corporate secretarial. 

During his past experiences, he also had the opportunity to work on several take over projects from other leading offshore management companies, carrying out due diligence exercises and ensuring the smooth migration of the entities. 

Baadheer has also serves as non-executive director on the boards with activities varying from agriculture, trading, mining and transport and logistics.
